How to get to Kirkmichael

From London:

1. Direct Train from King's Cross and all intermediate stations to Pitlochry (the sleeper train arrives early morning).

Hire a car at Pitlochry (Oakburn Self Drive) or take the taxi ride (Yule Taxis) to the cottage.

2. Fly from all London Airports to Glasgow or Edinburgh then:

From Edinburgh or Glasgow:

1. By car - (90 miles Glasgow to Kirkmichael), (80 miles Edinburgh to Kirkmichael).

or direct train journey Glasgow or Edinburgh to Pitlochry.(Kirkmichael 12 miles by road).

From Perth:

1. By road take the A9 from Perth, at Pitlochry take the A924 to Kirkmichael.

On Arriving at Kirkmichael:

The Cottage is 1 minute from the post office/filling station in the centre of Kirkmichael.
